Placing an Order

An order may be placed using the secure facilities of this website. Orders may also be placed by email by downloading the order form below.

How to order on website

To place an order on this web site, it is a simple matter of browsing the products until you find what you are looking for. When you find an item you wish to purchase, click 'Add to Cart'.  You can add as many items as you like to your cart before clicking on a 'Checkout' button to finalise your purchase.

Payment Methods Accepted/Security Measures

Our website uses a fully secure online payment gateway. Online payments are made through PayPal and all credit card details go directly to and only PayPal. Splendid Stamps does not store credit card details. We receive a confirmation from PayPal of the total that you have paid.

If paying by Direct Deposit, when using the order form, please use your school as reference.

Splendid Stamps generally uses Australia Post for delivery and has a standard postage rate of $7.30 to all parts of Australia, including to suburbs of Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Brisbane, Hobart, Darwin and Canberra.

Orders are despatched ASAP and as a general guide, deliveries to major cities and towns should arrive within 3 business days while it may take up to 5 days for areas outside major towns.

For customers in New Zealand registered post up to 500g has a postage rate of $15.30. For all other international customers, please contact us for postage rates to your country.

Returns Policy

Splendid Stamps will accept returns if the goods are faulty or damaged during shipping.

A request to return can be made to Splendid Stamps within 14 days of receipt of the product. The request must be in writing and submitted to Splendid Stamps via email stating the reasons for return.

Customers with approved returns will receive, at the discretion of Splendid Stamps, replacement of the goods.
The cost of returning the goods will be the responsibility of the customer, unless Splendid Stamps specifically accepts this cost.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that goods returned are packaged suitably and arrive in perfect condition. Any goods damaged while being returned will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. These goods must be accompanied by a tax invoice or receipt from us.


We do not insure goods sent within Australia. Insurance will be an additional cost if it is requested.


All prices on this website are inclusive of the 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST).

All prices are in Australian dollars AUD and we reserve the right to alter prices from time to time without notice.
